We focus on boarding and day care services.

Q. Does my dog need to be vaccinated

A. Yes. It is a requirement for your dog to be fully vaccinated, including kennel cough, at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Q. What else do I need to bring?

A. Leads, harness, bedding, food.

Q. Do you exercise the dogs?

A. Yes, they are walked in the fields behind the house, and play and exercise in the fully enclosed garden.

Q. Will my dog be kept on the lead?

A. Yes, unless advised otherwise.

Q. My pet is on medication. What do I do?

A. I will continue to administer the medication in line with your vet’s instructions.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

A. Cash, cheque, or bank transfer.

Q. Can I drop off or collect out of hours?

A. Yes. We offer a collection and return service, but please see terms and conditions for opening hours.

Q. Can I bring a toy or treat?

A. You are welcome to bring a favourite toy, blanket, or treat.

Q. Are you able to collect or return my dog when it stays with you?

A. Locally, yes, but there will be a charge.

Q. Can I contact you while I am away to see how my dog is getting along?

A. Of course, yes. A text or email would be preferred.

Q. Where will the dogs sleep at night?

A. Usually downstairs in their own clean bed, provided by the owner.

Q. If my bitch is in season, can you still board her?

A. Yes, although obviously she would be kept away from male dogs.

Q. Are you insured?

A. Yes (see terms and conditions), and it is preferred that you also have your own pet insurance.
