"Dogs are a huge part of our lives. Loyal, devoted, and entertaining, they give us unconditional affection. We wouldn't let just anyone take care of them. At Shelton Dogs, we have been trusted by hundreds of dog owners, who repeatedly put their faith in us with their canine family members.
Shelton Dogs is a fully insured and licensed, family-run business, consisting of myself (Dominic), my partner Carmen and my son Marcus.
Based in Lower Shelton in Bedfordshire, and with a long running history of providing professional day care and dog boarding services, we believe that your pets deserve a caring, friendly and welcoming environment, while you can't be with them.
We offer Doggie-Day-Care services, and home from home boarding, in our caring warm and friendly home from home environment for your dog. All breeds large and small will be very welcomed at Shelton Dogs.
With over 2 decades of running a successful professional home from home boarding service, and countless years of canine experience between us looking after dogs of our own, we believe we offer a warm, friendly, and caring service, giving you peace of mind that your pets are in safe hands while you are away.
Living in a lovely part of the country, with our two Labradors, my house backs onto open countryside which has fantastic walks, giving our guests a great opportunity to really exercise their legs, while providing them with both indoor and outdoor play and relaxation areas - a comfortable home environment designed to suit your pet's needs."

All you need to know about Shelton dogs is WOW. From the moment I contacted them, the service was A* and they couldn’t have been any more helpful than they were. We visited to meet Dominic prior to my dogs stay and I could tell the dogs were going to be well looked after. We were sent lots of pictures whilst we were away for three weeks which gave us a lot of comfort. I am not sure the dogs even wanted to come home. We have already booked for next year and would never use somewhere else now. Thank you very much Shelton Dogs.
